if you're from chicago, this recipe tastes almost exactly like the tortilla espanol from cafe iberico on lasalle. it is my favorite, and this recipe is perfect.
Jess spent a year in Spain. She makes amazing tortilla espanol. We should have a throw down. .. ..PS, If you haven't tried it as such, tortilla espanol is great as a sandwich, cold. It is possibly my favorite left over.
